Sergio A. Sierra was born in Barcelona in 1975. He studied classical philology, but ended up working in a comic shop in his neighbourhood, while he collaborated as editor on free newspapers and a couple of fantasy and Eastern cinema magazines. ILLUSTRATOR: Meritxell Ribas discovered her passion and talent for grattage while studying at the Llotja Illustration School (Barcelona). Sergio Sierra and Meritxell Ribas have published various illustrated books together. Their most outstanding work is an exquisite comic book adaptation of Frankenstein. They have also worked separately on their own projects.
