Miren Amuriza

Miren Amuriza Plaza (Berriz, 1990) has a degree in Basque literature and later specialised in Children's and YA literature. She has contributed to various print media and has published several children's books. 'Basa' ('Base') is her first novel and won the 2017 Igartza Saria prize and the 2019 Premio Siete Calles. She combines her writing with bertsolarism.
