Diego Armario López

Diego Armario López studied information sciences and four years of psychology at Madrid Complutense University. He began work as a photographer and then as a writer in different written and audiovisual media. His main journalism experience was from working for Radio Nacional de España where he started as a sports journalist, and went on to national news to develop his skills during the political transition. In 1981 his first essay, The Triangle: The PSOE During the Transition was published, and presented at the International Press Club by Alfonso Guerra and Luis Gómez Llorente. López undertook several professional roles at Radio Nacional de España including Director of Informative Services. Head of National News, political correspondent, Director of American Daily News, and Head of Information for Foreign Radio.
