Francisco Gutiérrez Carbajo is Professor of Spanish Literature and Madrid Member of the Reial Academia de Bones Lletres. He has served as Dean of Philology at UNED and Pte. A. Española in Semiotics. He has given courses in universities all over Europe and the Americas. He belongs to the ANECA Committee of Experts and the boards of international magazines. A co-founder of Ed. Demófilo, he has published books and critical editions of Lepe de Vega, Sawa, López Bago, Unamuno, Gómez de la Serna, Caballero Bonald, Grosso, Lauro Olmo, Carlos Muñiz, Fernándo Gómez, Alonso de Santos and A. Vallejo, for prestigious publishers such as Castalia and Cátedra. He has taken part in six projects financed by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
