Ricardo Menéndez Salmón

Born in Gijón in 1971, he studied Philosophy at the Universidad de Oviedo. He writes for the newspapers ABC and La Nueva España and in the magazines, Mercurio and Tiempo. Many of his works have been translated into German, Catalan, French, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese and Turkish. Writer in residence at the Bogliasco Foundation, he won the prize for artistic excellence from the Government of Bavaria in the Internationales Künstlerhaus Villa Concordia de Bamberg.
