I was born in a small town in Galicia. Ever since I was tiny I have been drawn to the world of art, covering the walls of our house with little crayon drawings. At eight I swapped my colouring pencils for a paint brush and, when the time came, I studied fine arts at the Facultad de Pontevedra. Following the birth of my son, I became involved in the world of children´s stories, illustrating little tales and entering various competitions in which I did very well. My first publication came thanks to the writer Fita Mandado and her story book ´Los Nińos del viento´ ('The Children of the Wind'), which was followed by ´La morenita para los peques´ ('La Morenita for Kids') and ´El sueńo de la mamá de Victoria´ ('Victoria's Mummy's Dream').
