Amy Jean

Amy Jean was born in Cádiz in 1991 and has a degree in audio-visual communication and a masters in cinematographic screenplay. She is a director and script-writer and combines her writing with work at the film and advertising production company she founded with two friends. She grew up surrounded by books and has always wanted to discover the root of things, which inspires her stories. She is an inveterate cinephile and adores dream pop. She loves watching rain bounce off tarmac, black cats and autumn. She has spent many sunrises listening to the music of Bon Iver and many sunsets beside the sea. 'Aquella chica pelirroja' ('That Redhead') is her first novel.
