One of the fundamental questions in this study is the one which is – at least for those who tend to perceive the world with their ears before their eyes – the most complex within the field of the humanities: the relationship between language and music, that wide and well-mined area involves the text, melody, prosody, articulation, verbal and musical rhythm, the meaning of words and sounds – often in close collaboration but also in a perpetual struggle to impose their own laws.
