XESÚS FRAGA SÁNCHEZ

XESÚS FRAGA was born in London in 1971. Since 1996 he has worked as a journalist for the newspaper La Voz de Galicia. He has published short stories —A-Z (2003)— and a novel —Solimán (2004)— as well as translating authors such as Vladimir Nabokov and Julian Barnes into Galician, the language he writes in. His interest in cooking started at family meals, where everything from curries to empanadas was served, became convinced of the need to eat well and cheaply during his years as a student, and has now established himself as someone who loves learning and cooking. 50 recetas con moras y otros frutos silvestres is is first cookery book.
