Mercè Conangla is a psychologist, nurse and writer. She specialises in emotional education, training in leadership skills and non-verbal communication. She works as a trainer and consultant in the fields of education and health. She dedicates most of her spare time to the Fundació ÀMBIT, which she cofounded, and where she directs the Programa de Formación en Ecologia Emocional (Training Programme in Emotional Ecology). She has co-authored two books with Jaume Soler on Emotional Ecology, published with Parramón Paidotribo. Jaume Soler is a psychology graduate specialising in business and health. Professionally he has a particular interest in the development of leadership teams and human resources in the industrial, health and service sectors both in national and international business. He founded and has, since 1996, been the president of Fundació ÀMBIT, Instituto para el Crecimiento Personal in Barcelona.
