Marta Sanz

Marta Sanz has a doctorate in literature. In 2007 she won the Premio Mario Vargas LLosa NH story prize. She has published the following titles with Anagrama: 'Black, black, black', 'Un buen detective no se casa jamás' ('A Good Detective Never Marries'), 'Daniela Astor y la caja negra' ('Daniela Astor and the Black Box'), 'La lección de anatomía' ('The Anatomy Lesson'), 'Farándula' ('Show Business', winner of the Premio Herralde de Novela), 'Clavícula' ('Clavicle'), 'Amor fou' ('Mad Love') and 'Monstruas y centauras' ('Monsters and Centaurs'). Prior to that, she had published the novels 'El frío' ('The Cold', 'Lenguas muertas' ('Dead Tongues'), 'Los mejores tiempos' ('The Best Times', winner of the 2001 Premio Ojo Crítico), 'Animales domésticos' ('Domestic Animals') and 'Susana y los viejos' ('Susana and the Old People', shortlisted for the 2006 Nadal prize).
