Marina Hernández ilustradora
Marina Hernández Ávila

Marina Hdez Ávila was born in Madrid in 1984. She is a professional illustrator. She trained at the Escuela de Artediez in Madrid and has a degree in Fine Arts from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She is co-founder of the self-publishing imprint Atunconpan, of the self-publishing festival Grapa10 and Kiwi, the magazine for intrepid boys and girls. In 2017 she won the Premio Apila Primera Impresión for the picture book 'Superlucas'. She works with various publishers, NGOs, local governments and councils and other professional and combines her work as an illustrator with teaching illustration at the IED in Madrid.
