María Tallón
María Tallón

An educational psychologist and professor of Special Education, the author uses various self-growth techniques to develop awareness. As a child I would watch the cars from my window and I would ask myself why they had to make so much noise. I missed the trees and the mountains, so I invented my own little world to dispel the smoke of the city in which I happened to be born. I didn't know then that, rather than fleeing reality, I was creating my future reality, my current present. We have the power to use our imaginations to turn ourselves into happy travellers, recreating our present, building our future. We can also heal the past by looking at it with different eyes. If I managed it, you can too. Don't stop dreaming.
