Joseba Lozano
Joseba Lozano

Born in Vitoria in the Basque Country in 1962, he has a degree in Basque and Hispanic literature and is the author of multiple books and articles about legal and administrative language. He is also a professor at the Escuela de Escritores. In 2005 he was awarded second place in the Gabriel Aresti short story competition and, two years later, his story 'Hasperenka' ('Hesitate') won the Kutxa Ciudad prize awarded by the city of San Sebastián. This is his third novel.
