Jano, autor de La escuela del circo
Jano

Alejandro Viñuela Agra was born in A Coruña in 1979. He graduated in Fine Arts and spent time in Bergen, Norway on. He also studied Illustration at the Escola Massana in Barcelona. He works as a graphic designer, cartoonist and illustrator for various companies in different fields such as comic drawing, and has had several works published in Bang! Ediciones, Autsaider Comics, Demo Editorial and Revista Mongolia. Particularly noteworthy are his illustration commissions for publications such as Monocle Magazine, Daily Telegraph, Revista El Malpensante, publishing houses such as Ir Indo and Alfabia, and organisations such as the Fundación Barrié. He also teaches visual storytelling workshops for children. Alejandro is also known as Jano and has won several awards such as the Injuve in 2002, the Certame Ourense in 2003 and the Golden Globos Comic Award in 2011.
