Jacobo Bergareche (London, 1976) combines his writing with his work as a producer and script-writer of fiction series. He is the author of the book of poems Beaches (2004), the play Coma (2015), the children's book collection Adventures in Bodytown (2017), the autobiographical work Seasons of Return (2019) and the novel The Perfect Days (Libros del Asteroide, 2021). He lived in Austin, Texas, for four years, during which he researched the private correspondence of several authors in the Harry Ransom Center. The Perfect Days is one result of that research.
