A native ofVitoria-Gasteiz who has lived in Barcelona since 2005, Iratxe de las Heras has worked in graphic arts specializing in the fields of graphic humor and animation. She has worked for the publications El Diario Norte, Huffington Post, Mongolia, El Estafador, SinPermiso, La Directa, El Churro Ilustrado, and the blog of the radio show Carne Cruda. For the last three years, she has done a monthly collaboration with La Marea magazine, as well as a weekly one with the digital diary CuartoPoder. As an animator, she combines cartoons, humor and movement in making educational videos that have several times had remarkable repercussions on social media. With her accustomed humor and with mordant wit, she invites us for an entertaining illustrated ride to the entrails of the beast: a history of capitalism in vignettes.
