Iolanda Batallé

Iolanda Batallé is a writer and editor who has lived in England, Argentina, Morocco, South Africa, the United States and Baix Empordà, Catalonia. A graduate in English Philology, a journalist with a Master's in business administration, she contributes to such media organs as El Observador, El Periódico, Avui, Diari de Girona, RAC1 and COM Radio. She presently lives in Barcelona, where she is managing editor of La Galera and teaches at the Escuela de Escritura del Ateneo Barcelonés, the Laboratoreo de Letras and on the Master's in Publishing course of the Universidad Pompeu Fabra. She is the author of La memoria de las hormigas (The Memory of Ants) and El limite exacto de nuestros cuerpos (The Precise Limit of Our Bodies). I Will Do Whatever You Want won the XLV Premio Prudenci Bertrana in 2013.
