Efraim Medina

Efraim Medina (Cartagena, 1967) lives between Colombia and Italy. He has written the novels Erase una vez el amor pero tuve que matarlo (Once Upon A Time There Was Love But I Had To Kill It), Técnicas de masturbación entre Batman y Robin (Batman and Robin’s Masturbation Techniques) and Sexualidad de la Pantera Rosa (The Sexuality of the Pink Panther). He has also produced the poetry collection Pistoleros/Putas y Dementes, Greatest Hits (Gunslingers/Whores and Madwomen, Greatest Hits) and the short story collection Cinema Arbol (Tree Cinema), for which he won the 1995 Premio Nacional de Literatura Cocultura. He also works in music and film; with the Italian rockers Taddeo and Sebastiano Tronca he formed the 7 Torpes Band and will soon release the CD La forma del vacio (The Shape of Emptiness).
