Diego Pita

Diego Pita Puértolas (Santa Bárbara, 1972), is a Spanish author who was born in California. For nine years, he managed the café-bar-bookshop El Bandido doblemente armado in Madrid. He has lived in Paris since 2012 and currently teaches Spanish at a public school in the French capital. "Wave of Cold" is his fourth published work. Previous publications include: "He perdido los veranos" [I've Lost Summer] (2000), "La vaca sagrada" [The Sacred Cow] (2007) and "El ladrón de recuerdos" [The Memory Theif] (2017).
