CRISTINA PUIG
CRISTINA PUIG

Cristina A. Puig (Palma, 1978). Writer with a degree in history of art from the University of the Balearic Islands and Masters in museum studies and heritage management from the University of Barcelona. She currently works at the Sant Sadurní d’Anoia municipal archives and combines this job with her writing. Her work is influenced by H. Phillips Lovecraft, Edgar Allan Poe and J.R.R. Tolkien among others. In 2012 she published her first novel 'Crónicas de Erehländ' ('Chronicles of Erehländ') (Kelonia Editorial), in 2014 she provided the text to accompany Rafater's illustrations for the book 'Pesadilla. Los Dioses Oscuros' ('Nightmare; The Dark Gods') (Norma Editorial), and she has contributed work to various short story collections, such as 'Acronos', 'Legendarium' and 'Ilusionaria'. She has published articles on art in 'Revista Randa' and various  editions of 'Jornadas de Estudios Históricos locales de Mallorca'. She won the Montuïri 700 años prize.
