Aina S Erice (Palma de Mallorca, 1985), is a biologist by training and a writer-researcher by vocation. She tookher degree at the Universitat de les Illes Balears, where she also took a Masters in the Biology of Plants in Mediterranean Conditions. She is the author of La Invención del Reino Vegetal (Invention of the Vegetal Kingdom) (Ariel, 2015) and of the blog imaginandovegetales.com. As a children's educator she is every more convinced of the need for children (and adults!) to learn how incredibly important plants are in our lives.
