Katie Whittemore, translator of the 10 of 30: New Spanish Narrative anthologies for 2019 and 2020 in collaboration with Spain’s AECID. Katie has several published translations, among them Four by Four by Sara Mesa (Open Letter Books, 2020); “Screech Owl” by Sara Mesa; Two Lines 30: The Future of Translation (Spring 2019); “Save Yourselves” by Lara Moreno, The Arkansas International 06 (Spring 2019); “Father and Son” by Flavia Company, Gulf Coast Online (Winter/Spring 2019); “A Lifetime” by Lara Moreno, The Common Online (Spring 2019); and more. She also has several upcoming translations being published. She is also an Instructor of English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL).
