The Tea of Hope
Eva Braojos grew up in Seville and writes ever since her grandmother, a rural schoolteacher, played with her at inventing riddles and creating poems with impossible rhymes. She has lived with ambivalence all her life, in flux between her science education and her heart for Arts and Letters, making her stories precise but full of feeling. Among her notable publications are the micro-stories "Mamá" (portal ambientum.com) and "¿Otra vez?" (Anthology Haikurrelatos); the children's books "Las aventuras de Maran Cat", "Maran Cat: El ladrón de sueños" and "El misterio del jardín descolorido"; the picture books "Sentimiento Sevillista" and "Los fabricantes de sueños". In 2013 she was awarded First Prize for Love Micro-Stories from the blog La Orquidía Dichosa for the text "Primer amor". Her Instagram address is #juntadoradletras.
