Madrid, 1971. He has a Technical Engineering degree by the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM). He has published more than forty books in over eight languages. In 2000 he won the Hermética Novel Prize with Síndonem. The Last Secret of Da Vinci, and in 2012 the Minotauro Award (Grupo Planeta) with The Forbidden Tower. He has written another eight novels, which have been translated to ten languages and published in eighteen countries. He has also work on numerous TV and radio shows, as well as print media such as Qué Leer magazine, of which he was publisher.
