Daniel Piqueras

Daniel Piqueras Fisk (Barcelona), illustrator and publicist. Liberisliber Xic Prize, 2016. After receiving a degree in Psychology and Publicity, he opened his own graphic design studio where he worked until he devoted all his energy to drawing. Since then he has collaborated in various fields of illustration, animation, and design. Among his most outstanding works are his latest illustrated albums, published by Narval: Glup (winner of the Liberisliber Xic Prize, 2016) and Homo: When Fire Changed Everything (selected as one of the best books of 2017 by Oepil and Clijcat), and ÍO. For Narval he has also illustrated The Little Days and Varvara.
